Paris tour

First published: April 26, 2014

Paris is well known for its brasseries, these casual restaurants serving seafood, choucroute and traditional French dishes. One of them, Vagenende, is a real treasure. Located 142, Boulevard Saint Germain on Paris left bank, it is famous for its beautiful Art Deco interior. Privately owned, Vagenende serves good food and has affordable set menus at lunch and dinner which is rare in Paris. We ate a choucroute and drunk half a liter of beer for 27.80 euros. A very reasonable price for a good meal in central Paris. Vagenende is a restaurant we recommend if you happen to be on the left bank. Art Nouveau restaurants in Paris
