On the eastern side of Paris, Parc de la Villette is a beautiful and large park, one of the bests in Paris.

Its planted 55 hectares are crossed by romantic canals and feature key attractions:

- the Paris Science Museum,

- La Geode, a large hemispheric movie theater,

- the famous Le Zenith rock concert hall,

- the Cite de la Musique music instrument museum,

- the Paris National Conservatoire of Music.

These sights form altogether a splendid blend of nature, daring modern architecture and activities.

Located in a district of Paris where you rarely saw a tourist a few years ago, La Villette now well deserves a day visit.

Children will very much like the park and its many games. Go there with your children.
