| The Paris International Marathon traditionally takes place
in
April. Around 30 000 runners participate to this great city marathon and
Parisian event.
It kicks off on the
Champs Elysees, passes along the
Louvre on its way to Bois
de Vincennes, then along the Seine river banks, the Eiffel
tower and Bois
de Boulogne on its way to the arrival on Avenue
Foch.
An excellent way to combine sports and a Paris visit that we
really recommend if you are fit.

professionals and amateurs alike.
If you come to Paris in March, you can participate to the
Paris
semi-marathon. In October, you can also participate
to the Paris 20 kilometers.
Two great Paris races, a lot easier than the full scale marathon.
