Can you tell me to which railway station I have to go to catch a train to Lourdes (assuming that I am staying in the center of Paris)and how long will it take to reach the station from the center of paris or surrounding areas?

Jennifer, you will catch a train to Bordeaux in Gare Montparnasse, then change train in Bordeaux to Lourdes. Montparnasse station is very central. It should be 30 minutes from where you are in central Paris. See train schedule at this page and our metro map. Have a great stay in France.
