We went today to Pierre Gagnaire restaurant in Paris, near Champs-Elysées avenue. Michelin 3 stars. Number 3 on the list of San Pellegrino 2008 World's 50 Best Restaurants. You may feel a little bit stressed in anticipation of the experience. We were touched by the modesty and warm welcome of Pierre Gagnaire himself. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff made us very confortable. We could relax and enjoy the cuisine. Everything was so tasteful and inventive we were in heaven.
