I found a new place to maybe stay in Paris, Hotel Residence Des Arts, it is in the Latin Quarter on the left bank. Any advice as to if this is an ok area and good place to stay? Thanks for any input. First trip and want to make it a good stay.

Sherry, this a superb hotel and location, an old and narrow street within walking distance of Quartier Latin, the Seine river banks, Notre-Dame, Le Louvre and Saint-Germain des Près. We will check again the hotel in the next few days.

We have checked again the Residence Des Arts and confirm what we say above. Pay attention nevertheless: the hotel is at the corner of rue Saint-André des Arts, a very lively pedestrian street late into the night.
