We went yesterday to the Moulin de la Galette restaurant in Montmartre. Montmartre and the Moulin de la Galette are so romantic off season you should try to get there then. The restaurant is right under the Moulin. It has a large and pleasant dining room, a delicious terrace when the weather permits. It serves good food at reasonable prices. Definitely a good address in Montmartre. See other restaurant suggestions.
