We went yesterday to the restaurant l'Aiguière in Paris. If you want to discover out of the beaten track Paris, go there. No tourist area near Bastille Opera and gare de Lyon station, a seventeen century house, Swedish style confort and decoration, impeccable French service, great countryside food. You have space and time and it's affordable. Recommended. See their website
