Where can I go with my daughter 9 years old, except Disneyland??

Aurora, your daughter should love Parc Asterix, the Doll Museum and Aquaboulevard. Then, you have the puppet show in Luxembourg Gardens at 11am and 3pm everyday. They are in French, but are quite good. Ask for them when you enter Luxembourg Gardens. Walk up the stairs with her at the Eiffel Tower to the second floor. It’s quite feasible and she will forever remember that climb. The Nain Bleu is the best toy store in Paris. Expensive, but really great. See Au Nain bleu (in French). Don’t skip the cultural side of Paris. You could go to Arts Decoratifs, maybe the best Paris museum for girls . Do some sightseeing. She will love Place du Tertre in Montmartre. Don’t skip the Seine river cruise. Enjoy your stay with your daughter in Paris.

Thoiry is indeed another excellent idea. I just checked with them. You can only visit the African reserve by car. There is no train station near-by and no bus tour to Thoiry from Paris. You would therefore have to rent a car in Paris, which is quite feasible.
