Carte Orange Hebdomadaire

There is this "CARTE ORANGE HEBDOMADAIRE" which I have read from somewhere. It is supposed to work with the Navigo card or something, not too sure.
How does it work and how does it expire?

Also, in order to maximize the use of these cards, can it be bought straight off from Orly Airport and have it used immediately to get to the city?

The Carte Orange Hebdomadaire has been replaced by the Forfait Navigo Semaine and the Carte Orange has been replaced by Pass Navigo. You can buy a Forfait Navigo semaine at Orly with the major restriction that it is valid from Monday to Sunday included. The Paris Visit Pass is more appropriate to visitors to Paris as the dates and number of days are flexible.
