We wanted to have a nice lunch today with long time friends. We did not want to spend a fortune. Fortunately, having been around in Paris for so long, we have a few good addresses. We chose
l’Autobus imperial in Les Halles district. The cook has changed since we last came. The quietness of the lovely 1910 interior, the nice service and the quality of the meal were perfect. We paid 40 euros each for a three course meal, a bottle of Macon blanc and coffee. We were nicely offered brandy. There is a set menu starting at 13.5 euros. Frankly, l’autobus imperial is a hidden treasure. Rush to it. See our
