Odette, if you have one day, go there on a tour. See http://www.parisdigest.com/normandy_tours.htm . If you have more time, we suggest you rent a car and stay in a hotel in seaside resorts such as Honfleur or Deauville.

I will stay in Normandy for one night. I will spend 6 days in Paris and I just want to know by travel, what is the best way to go Normandy from paris.

Good. So, it's either a bus tour or renting a car. By train, you would get to a city like Le Havre or Deauville, but have no possibility to go to other places. Have a great stay in France.
